It’s like toffi, it’s like fudge… It is ridiculously sweet :)
The mass itself, not the cake :)
You may say I started saying hello to autumn but… not exactly… I just opened the wrong can ;P
I realised I saw no difference between sweetened condensed milk and dulce de leche… So once the can was opened, I had to make a use of it ;)
Brownies is quick to be made… Delicious in its heaviness… And so non-fruity ;P
So why not to make it? :))
Ingredients (form 20x10cm ):
- 115g butter
- 170g dark chocolate
- 25g cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 200g baking sugar
- 140g all-purpose flour
- few drops of vanilla flavour
- ok. 380-400g dulce de leche
Line the form with bakery paper.
It’s good to keep dulce de leche in a room temperature before baking so that it gets more of liquid consistency.
Melt the butter with chopped chocolate.
Take off the heat and add cocoa.
Stir thoroughly to get nice smooth mass.
Start beating the chocolate mass, adding eggs, one by one.
Remember to beat the mass until all ingredients are combined before adding the next egg.
Add sugar, aroma and last but not least, flour and mix until all combined.
Place a half of the chocolate mass in the form.
Pour a third of dulce de leche and zigzag it using a spoon.
Place the rest of the chocolate mass, then the rest of dulce de leche on top and try to make zigzag pattern again :)
Bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
