As I mentioned before, ice-cream has become my one and only fuel ;P
I’ve got no limits, seriously… and I feel more than fine about it ;)
Just because I’ve been mixing it for quite some time now, I wanted a small change – that is why, this cake :)
Easy, fast (really!) and… ridiculously sweet ;D
Ingredients (form 24cm):
- 400g fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 450ml heavy cream
- 600g sweetened condensed milk
Line the bottom of the form with a stretch wrap.
Combine fruit with sugar and boil it.
Keep it on a low-heat for a moment to get some juice from the fruit.
Chill in the fridge.
Beat the milk with the heavy cream till you get a thick cream.
Divide the cream into two parts – bigger and smaller one.
Add fruit mass to the smaller one and stir it.
Place the fruit cream in the form. Smoothen.
Put the white cream on top. Smoothen.
Leave in the freezer for the whole night.
