Just wanted to say goodbye to October.
Since I’m not very fond of all this Halloween-pumpkin craze, I wanted to share these cookies with you. Yummy.
They go perfectly with coffee… with tea too :)
Goodbye, Mr. October.
Ingredients (gives 25 cookies) -> I halved the proportions :)
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 100g dulche de leche
- 4 Tbs baking sugar
- 170g all-purpose flour
- few drops of vanilla flavour
- 100g chocolate drops
Line the form with bakery paper.
Mix butter with dulche de leche.
Add sugar and mix it till all ingredients are combined.
Add flour and vanilla flavour and mix it again.
You should get quite thick mass.
Add chocolate drops and stir them in using a spatula or a usual spoon.
Form little balls from the mass.
Place them on the bakery paper and flatten with your hand.
Bake at 190°C for about 13-15 minutes.
Cool them on the oven shelf.
