Do not ask me how many cookies I’ve made recently… A lot :)
These ones I made… just because :) For unexpected cravings :)
Just out of curiosity, I’ve checked how long it took me to make them. 10 minutes of preparation + 15 minutes of baking. Nice, isn’t it?
I used thick granulated sugar, which gave a nice crispy effect :)
Worth, really worth :)
Ingredients (gives around 20-25 cookies):
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 120g butter, at room temperature
- 2 Tbs icing sugar
- 1 Tbs real vanilla sugar
- more sugar :)
Line the form with bakery paper.
Mix butter with vanilla sugar to get smooth mass.
Add sieved icing sugar and flour and mix until combined and a bit sticky.
Form little balls from the mass. Coat them with sugar (one or both sides)
Place them on bakery paper.
Bake at 190°C for about 15 minutes until they get a bit brownish.
Chill on the oven-shelf.
