Recently, I’ve received plenty of smoothie recipes.
I even bought a “juicy” book ;)
That clearly means I’ll be testing and tasting… The best recipes are going to appear here :)
To start with, something that looks like hot chocolate… yet, it is neither chocolate nor hot ;)
Healthy and yummy.
All you need :)
Ingredients (for 2 mugs):
- 250ml natural yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbs cocoa
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
Blend all the ingredients till you get a smooth mass.
Pour into the mugs.
You can also sprinkle your smoothies with cardamon :)
