Big thank you to a person who infected me with juicing :)
I don’t drink much water, which is bad for me, I know, I know :) But from now on, I’ll try to catch up with some vitamins by making home-made juices… They’re so so so good!
As I mentioned last time, I bought a really nice book and I’m planning to share all possible tastes that won my heart :)
So… paraphrasing The Beatles, all you need is… a juicer, some fruit and vegetables and… let the power of vitamins be with you!!!
Ingredients (for about 500ml of juice):
- 1 lemon
- 2 big apples (or 3 small ones)
- 1 pear
- 45g fresh spinach
- 1 piece of celery
Peel the lemon.
Chop the apples, pear and celery.
Put the ingredients into the juicer feeder, starting with lemon, then apples, then the pear, spinach and celery at the end.
Feel free to drink!
It’s so yummy!
