Five Health Protectors Juice

My wish is to say goodbye to March in a very healthy way, that is why this post and the next one will offer pure health found in the book I’d mentioned before :)
This juice is a bit thicker than the previous one. I think it can be compared to the consistency of a nectar.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a fresh pineapple handy so I was forced to use the canned one. It’s possible the juice will be even more delicious if you decide to use fresh fruit only :)

Ingredients (for about 500ml juice):

  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 pineapple (I used 3 slices of canned pineapple :))
  • 10-15 mint leaves

Peel mango, lime and orange.
Chop fruit into smaller pieces.

Put the ingredients into the juicer feeder, starting with mango, then lime, then orange, pineapple and mint at the end.

Ready to drink!
