No Bake Toffi Cheesecake

Short but reeealy intense need to make some cheesecakes! That is why, two cheese-recipes coming up :)

Seriously though, there were several things that made me prepare this cheesecake… Firstly, never have I made mascarpone cheesecake sooo… high time :) Secondly, never have I made no baking cheesecake soooo… high time? :) Thirdly, the moment I saw the recipe and the photo presenting this cake, I knew it would be impossible to refrain oneself from making it, not to mention eating it! And finally, all the ingredients were patiently waiting in my kitchen to use them in a reasonable and… yummy way :) Coincidence? Doubtful :)
Oh, and above all, this cake was made to convince an Anti-Cheesecake Lady to cheesecakes in general! Was it successful? I guess it was :)

Toffi Cheesecake is quite creamy and very sweet :)
One piece of it will satisfy your belly for sure :)

If you have a really sweet tooth, this cake is certainly for you!

3 BIT

Like this popular candy bar. At least the author of the recipe says so :) Personally, I’m not so sure because… I’ve never eaten 3 BIT! :) But if the bar is as good as this cake, no wonder people all over the world like it so much :)

3 BIT cake… Hmmm, what can I say..? It is SWEET! But you know, dulce de leche – sweet, vanilla pudding – sweet and whipped cream… well, it’s not a secret, it’s sweet too :) So the cake is total sweetness :)
And I think I have noticed an interesting thing…I’ve got a complete weakness for cube cakes. All of them I had a chance to make and eat were really really tasty :)

Still in two minds whether to make it or not? Let me tell you another thing – you don’t have to use your oven to make 3 BIT! Now, that is convincing, right? :)

Dacquoise with Dulce de Leche and Dates

I’m here just to say that this meringue is better than the cinnamon one. Well, that’s the truth. If you’re thinking now which one to make, I’m telling you – this one. With all certainty. It’s way-out. Delicious in all possible meanings of this word. No joke. I’ve made it twice during this week and I plan to make it again – it says it all, I think :)

Recently, I’ve managed to get some new testers of my baking, which makes me really happy :)
By the way, they ate this Dacquoise and they’re all alive. Till now ;P

Sunflower Cake

Another gut bomb! So so many calories!
It’s possible that I’m chosing this kind of cakes in particular for one good reason – I’m really trying to put on weight a bit… Where are my lost kilograms? Need to find them :) So maybe… it’s about some subconcious choices? No idea ;)

The cake itself is like a big wow! Especially this sunflower cream… Mhmm… Let them say it’s like 8000 calories… The taste makes up for everything! Even these silly calories seem more friendly ;)
To tell you, after making Cuckoo Cake, I was sure it would be double difficult to find a cake that would be equally good… Seems I was lucky :)
Of course, that’s a different category of a yummy but both are highly addictive :)

So so, Sunflower Cake is quite sweet, yet not too sweet. Additionally, I would say you may feel quite full after eating one piece of it… All in all, this cake is a sweet crime :)

Not sure what your way of measuring deliciousness is but for me it was pure pleasure to see my mum having a bite, rolling her eyes and… mhmmmmmm-ing :)

And I almost forgot… To all my teacher friends, do not lose this passion that’s in you. Love your students and you’ll see how much they can offer in return :)

Dulce de leche Brownies

It’s like toffi, it’s like fudge… It is ridiculously sweet :)
The mass itself, not the cake :)

You may say I started saying hello to autumn but… not exactly… I just opened the wrong can ;P
I realised I saw no difference between sweetened condensed milk and dulce de leche… So once the can was opened, I had to make a use of it ;)

Brownies is quick to be made… Delicious in its heaviness… And so non-fruity ;P
So why not to make it? :))
